Apartment Description: Looking for someone to assume the remaining portion of the lease as I am moving out of state. The monthly rent is approximately $200 below the current market value, so it is a great opportunity. The amenity fee to utilize the building’s amenities has already been covered through the remainder of the lease as well as the security deposit (which the new tenant would get back at termination of the lease). I am also offering a bonus of $1,000 (to be paid via cashier’s check) to the new tenant to assist with moving expenses. In combination with the security deposit, this is an aggregate $2,000 in value that you will receive.

Incentives

I am offering a $1,000 bonus to help with the transition as well as having no requirement for a security deposit. My current security deposit of $1,000 will be refunded to the new tenant at the culmination of their lease. In addition, there is a $350 amenity fee that I have already covered for the remainder of the lease term. This is an aggregate of $2,350 of value. The current market value of the apartment is also more than $200 higher than the lease amount.

Currently have an L-shaped desk and leather Euro lounger that I can sell at a significant discount if interested.
