This is a short-term rental, not a permanent lease takeover. The unit is a furnished 1BR with an in-unit washer and dryer at a "luxury" rental building, with a doorman, a courtyard, games room, rooftop access with grills, and other amenities. Gym, pool and indoor parking garage are available for extra costs. Note that this is not a pre-war building, it is a modern building.
The apartment will be furnished only, specifics can be discussed. Move-out dates can be flexible, specifics and accommodation can be discussed.
The apartment is within 5-10 minutes walking distance to several subway lines, such as N, R, Q, E, M, and 7. This is great for easy commute to Midtown. The apartment comes with water and cooking gas. Utilities and internet are extra and of the subtenant's full responsibility. No brokerage fee is needed, however, one month of deposit is needed. Subtenant is fully responsible for the Lawful Rent, utilities, internet, and any other fees/charges that may apply (e.g. use of furniture surcharge, it’ll be roughly 3-5%), subject to applicable laws and rules (e.g. NYS and NYC laws). The subtenant must be approved by the building, and may be subject to the common NYC rental apartment process (e.g. 40x income requirement, credit check, etc.).
No pets over 50lb. Certain dog breeds are not allowed. Pets must be registered and approved with the building management prior to renting. Subtenant is responsible for any damage (including damages to the apartment, furniture, building, common areas, etc.) caused by the subtenant and his/her pets, and is responsible for any fees or penalties (e.g. pet going to bathroom within the building) imposed by the landlord/building management during the rental period. The Subtenant must abide by all building rules and conduct. Cleaning fees may be required.
