The building has 24hr doorman, elevator, gym, laundry room and rooftop. It is located 5 minutes away from the A, C, E, N, Q, R, W,1,2,3,7, S subway lines and few steps away from the restaurants on 9th Avenue. The monthly rent is $2,636 with a minimum stay of one year. Utilities are around $50 a month per person (except summer months if AC is used). We also have a cleaning lady coming every other week, and we pay her $75 total/visit. A deposit is required.
I am a professional female, active, easy going and respectful.
