We are moving due to personal reasons and have absolutely no complaints about the building or the living space.

The staff here is amazing. They know all the tenants by name (and their pets:)), and the Super is quick to respond to any questions or needs.

The apartment itself, 6P, is bright and airy. It's modern, clean, and spacious. (and has so many closets!)

The gym is top-notch and includes a pool.

This apartment was initially listed at $4,650. The lease you would be taking over includes approval for two pets ($75/pet) and two memberships to the in-building gym ($80/person), meaning the total monthly rent should be $4,960. We negotiated it to $4,600 though, with all of the above included in that price, and this is the rent you would be taking over the apartment over at.
