I am moving out July 31 and hoping to get someone on the lease to replace me and joining my roommate who will be here until the end of February next year. The apartment is in Flatbush and is a 3 floor walk up (no elevator).

Your share would be $1100 per month ($1101 including the processing fee for payments). Utilities are usually around $25 internet and $50 for electrical (depending on the season). It's just the 1 other roommate you'd be living with, there are 2 bedrooms total. The apartment comes with AC, dishwasher, with a gym and laundry in the building. The roof is accessible just a floor up. Also my roomie has an emotional support animal so a love for dogs is a must!

Apartment comes with living/dining room fully furnished. Bedroom will come unfurnished.

The room itself fits a queen size bed and small desk, and leads directly into a balcony. The room gets lots of light, and looks into the backyard.

3 minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains.
