Property Details

We have to give up our beautiful apartment in the Forge due to a job relocation. The apartment features one of the unique floorplans with a den area with a window and separate temperature control - this is perfect for a home office space. Further, the apartment features ample storage space, a walk-in closet, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, a modern bathroom with a medicine cabinet behind the mirror, and window blinds in the bedroom and living room.

The Forge is a luxury, modern building with a vibrant community. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with views over Manhattan, an outdoor terrace with a pool and outdoor cinema area, a gym and yoga room, a resident lounge, bike storage, a 24-hour concierge, laundry room (although a washer and dryer are also in the unit). There are regular events organized and hosted within the building. The optional amenity fee is USD 50 per month per person (not included in rent).

This is a lease assignment as arranged with our building management. You would take over our lease and have the option to renew in September.

Incentives

Upon negotiation, we could leave some furniture for free, e.g., walk-in closet drawers and shelves.

Additional fee

The Forge requires a $20 application fee for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor (if any).
