Great apartment building right across the street from a beautiful park. Supers are very sweet, neighbors are kind. Building is old but apartment is completely renovated with brand new kitchen and bathroom. Huge kitchen and living room. Bedroom comfortably fits king size bed. Apartment is a bit more than 700 square feet. Building is pet friendly, no weight or breed limit and no limit to amount of pets. Building is run by Harlington Realty. Earliest move in is May 31st (can be earlier if needed) and lease is over August 31st. Water is included. Gas and electric are typically around $65-$75 per month, and wifi is $55 per month. There is a long hallway parallel to the kitchen as well, it allows for lots of space for things like bookshelves and storage.

We are leaving because my mother passed away and we need to go be with my family in Los Angeles. If we were going to continue living in New York, no doubt we would still live here. It’s been the perfect place for us and our Labrador. She’s obsessed with the dog park across the street and has made best friends of the other dogs in the building.
