The unit has a large closet in the entryway, and the full size wardrobe currently used for storage and to partition the room is available if renting furnished. Unit is available partially furnished with couch, rug, coffee table, wardrobe, and bed frame.

The building has a doorman and is very secure for package deliveries. It also offers a full gym with great equipment for both cardio and lifting. There is a communal lounge space, and sun deck on the Clubhouse Floor by the gym, and laundry on every floor.

Lease term: August 15, 2022- November 30, 2022. If you wish to extend your stay, the new lease will start on December 1, 2022 through the building lease agent directly. At that time any furniture will be removed from the unit if leasing with the partially furnished option.

Utilities (heating and AC) are included in the price of the lease. Laundry card will be provided and the tenant will be responsible to refill that card as needed. NO SMOKING. No pets would be preferred but the building does allow pets at an additional fee that the new tenant will be responsible for.
