Hi all,

My wife and I are relocating to start a family, and are therefore looking for a new tenant to take over the remainder of our two-year lease (move-in date is negotiable).

The unit is lightly lived in, as we have been here for just over 9 months (as of January 2022). It is a one-bedroom, one-bath, high-floor (47th) apartment with amazing views of the NYC skyline and East River (facing North and East) with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living room, and similar broad-pane windows in the bedroom (North facing) and kitchen (East facing) providing great lighting all day. High ceilings (I am 6'5'' so I should know), three large closets with shelving (closet, hallway, and bedroom), galley style kitchen that is open to the living room with a bar area, and modern bathroom. All appliances are stainless steel and recently installed, and flooring is treated hardwood.

As we are leaving the apartment mid-lease, it will be provided "as-is" and will not be re-painted or otherwise renovated further before move in by the landlord. That said, the unit has been well-maintained over the last 9 months and was renovated/painted shortly before our rental in April 2021. There has been no noteworthy damage to the apartment since this time, and will be cleaned thoroughly by us during our move-out process.

The building itself is a luxury elevator building with numerous amenities (all of which are included in rent), including: large lobby staffed by multiple doormen, three elevator banks, indoor heated pool, lounge areas, an outdoor terrace, fitness center (weights, cardio and strength equipment, etc.), a business/study center with printer, two laundry rooms, and a rooftop terrace/indoor lounge with similarly incredible 360 views of the surrounding downtown and Brooklyn Bridge. Pets are allowed in the building with approval from the landlord.

We have loved living in this unit and the building (we have actually rented two different units here over the past three years). Happy to answer any questions about each that prospective tenants may have, which are not otherwise addressed in this posting.
