This 3 bedroom apartment has hardwood floors throughout and the luxury of a private balcony! Relax in the living room on the chocolate colored sofa that opens to a sofabed to accommodate a guest. Windows look out onto the street below. You’ll find a wall-mounted flat screen TV for entertainment here as well. At the other end of the living room is a dining table for six to gather for a meal. The kitchen is situated off the living room and is equipped with everything you need to whip up home cooked meals. The first bedroom (Bedroom 1) is decorated with wood furniture and a queen size bed to relax in after a long day. A large dresser and closets are available to store away belongings. Bedroom 2 is similarly furnished with a queen sized bed, night table and dresser, along with plenty of closets. Both of these bedrooms face the back of the building. Bedroom 3 faces the front of the building, furnished with a full size bed and night table along with a clothes rack with drawers for storage. From this bedroom there is access to a private balcony space to get some sun with your morning coffee. In the summertime the apartment is cooled with air conditioning. The bathroom offers a combination tub and shower, vanity mirror, wall-mounted hair dryer and storage cabinet beneath the sink. Additional closet space is found in the central part of the apartment.
