Property Details

I have been living in my lovely Astoria apartment for the past 4 years. This is a lease take over from December 21/January 22 to August 31st, 2022. There's a flexible move-in date. You have the option to sign for another year.

About the apartment:
Location: Astoria/LIC (34th St and 34th Ave)
Subway: 5-7 minute walk to MR and NW lines, which are both a 10 minute subway ride away from Manhattan
Cost: Initial rent and security deposit (one month rent) $1000/month
Not included: Utilities (you would split that with my roommate)/Laundry (There's a cheap laundry mat down the street)

This is a lease with my current roommate who is an amazing, easy going young professional. She is super friendly and very respectful. She is easy to talk to. She is working remotely from home. The space is not remote friendly so prefer a "work in office" roommate.
