1 bedroom apartment (approx 600sq ft) on the 18th floor with stunning views of Manhattan. We have lived here for 3 years and loved it. The building management is the best and very responsive. The amenities rooftop with grills, seating and a pool, very good size gym, outdoor garden area, lounge and game room on the roof are all included in the rent. Pets are allowed. The building staff is here 24/7 and collect packages and deliveries. 7, N, W trains are a 1 min walk, F is a 4 min walk and E , R trains are a 7 min walk from the apartment. Lots of good restaurants and bars. Neighborhood is clean and safe. We are leaving because we are closing on a home we have bought soon. We got this rent price during the pandemic (which was around $3400 per month the year before) given that the rents have gone back up this is a really great price to lock in.
