Property Details

We are looking to re-assign the lease for our 1 bedroom apartment in a luxury building in Fort Greene Brooklyn. We have loved living at The Ashland for the last 18 months and feel really lucky to have moved in before last year’s COVID lockdowns. We are moving as we found a house to buy sooner than expected, and are looking for someone interested in taking over the remaining 5 months of our lease (through January 2022) with an opportunity to renew through the building at the end of that lease period.

The apartment, building amenities and community at The Ashland have really improved our quality of living here in NYC. The building staff is amazing and have been so helpful in making us feel at home here. We also enjoy participating in the community events that The Ashland arranges from movie nights to sailing trips to many cooking classes. The roof top views are incredible and we’ve also loved grilling out most weekends in the Summer.
