Renting out my amazing 1 bedroom apartment in Lower East Side. The entire building is gut renovated, and the apartment is facing Ludlow Street. The apartment is located on the second floor, i.e. only a one-stair walk-up.

I would consider moving out some furniture if needed, but would prefer to keep all in the apartment until February, when I plan to come back and move-out all furniture.

I would consider selling some furniture if asked.

All necessary equipment can be found in the apartment, such as bed linen, towels, iron-board, kitchen equipment, utensils, bowls etc.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned one day before move-in.

Free furniture and equipment during the entire rental period.

High-Speed WIFI, TV, heat, water etc. included in rent.

Additional fee

I will require a signed contract, as well as 1-2 months security deposit depending on the person.

Other info

The apartment can be rented after the rental period ends, end of Feb, as long as income, credit score etc. is accepted.

I will not accept any rentals for a period of less than three (3) months.
