Hello! I moved into this wonderful apartment 1.5 months ago, but unfortunately for work and personal reasons I’m breaking my lease and moving to another state. I’m looking for either a new tenant to take over the apartment and sign a 12-month lease OR a subletter interested in subletting all the way until May 31, 2022.

Earliest move-in date possible would be early/mid August - I’m somewhat flexible.

Location: 25-21 31st Ave. Astoria (3rd floor walkup)
Rent: $1950 NO BROKER’S FEE
Sq feet: 450
Train: 5-7 min walk from either N/W train station on Broadway or 30th Ave.
Tenant: Must make $74k salary (before tax) or have a guarantor for 12-month lease

Apartment will be unfurnished and deep cleaned. Sun-filled apartment, hardwood floors, lots of closet space, separate kitchen fully renovated with tons of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove.

Living room is spacious and sunny. Bedroom is very large - can fit a king bed with plenty of space leftover for a desk and dresser.

There are new washer and dryer machines in the basement. Friendly and helpful live-in super. No bug or pest problems. Management is responsive - the building is well maintained and any maintenance is taken care of quickly. Living room and kitchen overlook the courtyard with a fountain and flowers.

3 grocery stores within a 5-7 minute walk. Citibike station on the corner of the block. Short walk to the great restaurants and stores on Steinway/Broadway.
