~About the unit~
It's a beautiful, light-filled 505 sf studio on the 32nd floor of 80 Dekalb in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. It has 14 foot ceilings and has a walk-in closet and in-unit washer/dryer. It's been such a beautiful, incredible space, but I'm moving in with my partner, so I'm hoping I can leave this beautiful studio to someone else who loves light and living in the sky (and Fort Greene).
- Rent: $2508 (I started 2 years ago at $2495, rent really doesn't go up much here!)
- Move-in date: Any time between 8/15 - 9/1
- Lease end date: 12/28 (option to renew)
- Utilities included (free): gas, water, trash, recycling
- Utilities you pay for: internet, electricity (ranges from $35 - $80, depending on how much I'm using my AC and dryer)
- Verizon Fios enabled (I pay for the 100mbps plan and I get 250mbps download and 300mbps upload)
- Subway: B, Q, R @ Dekalb a 3 min walk; A, C, G @ Hoyt-Schermerhorn and G @ Fulton a 8 min walk. Also really close to Jay Street-MetroTech and Atlantic Barclays.

Similar studio units in my building just rented for $3100 (they have already been rented out, but you can see that the other smaller studios are going for $3000+) and mine is only $2508 and easily larger and more desirable with its high ceilings.

~About the building~
The full list of building amenities are here. My personal favorites are the yoga studio, gym (it's all modern, beautiful video enabled equipment), and the mail room (I do a lot of online shopping! :P)

~QUALIFICATION~
Must make 40x the list price for the apartment ($3248). This means that you must make more than $129,920 per year. You will not pay the list price for the unit, but the discounted rate of $2508.
