Great, renovated apartment in the heart of Bushwick. We're moving away from the city, so looking for someone to take over the lease (mid-August or Sept. 1 start. The apartment is in such a great location - easy access to L and M train, so many bars, restaurants, and grocery stores steps away. We're right across from Maria Hernandez Park, so the view is lovely outside of the living room and easy to get out in the middle of the day for quick breaks from work at home.

Apartment features good size living room, dining room that can seat 6-8, a washer/dryer combo, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen, and updated lighting fixtures. Bedroom can fit a queen size bed and two dressers comfortably. Very generous closet in bedroom and two more throughout the apartment make storage simple.

We are happy to leave the AC window units behind. They are less than one year old Midea models - VERY nice and not loud at all.
