I’m looking for someone to fill my room in a 3br/1ba apartment in Crown Heights (on the border of Prospect Heights) during the months of July and August (or any part of that - I’m willing to prorate). I love my roommates and apartment, but I’m moving from NYC to start medical school!

This place would be perfect for someone new to NYC who wants something temporary while looking for a lease. The apartment is in a great location right on Franklin Ave (a few blocks from the Franklin 2/3/4/5 and 10 min walk from Franklin C). We’re a close walk to Prospect Park and a ton of restaurants/cafes, but my room itself faces the back and is quiet.

You’ll be living with two awesome, clean, and respectful roommates (one of whom is a long time friend)! Both are women. One is in her 20s and works for a hygiene start up, and the other in her 30s and works at a law firm.

I’m selling my lightly used furniture for cheap if you’re interested or I can make sure the room is empty before I leave.
