This penthouse apartment is as central-as-it-gets-Williamsburg, in this luxury penthouse that features your own jaw-dropping private 1,000 sq feet stone terrace accessible directly from the main living/kitchen area. Walk right out through your wall of floor-to-ceiling glass and enjoy sun-filled days and inspired nights with 180 degree unobstructed views of Brooklyn.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We use one of the bedrooms for an office/den, but you can also use the beautiful common area one floor up for work-at-home space if you choose. The apartment is equipped with all Bosch appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer/drier (in the unit).
If you work from home and get tired of working outside from your patio, you can always shoot a floor up to the beautiful common space with its many sitting areas, boardroom tables, outdoor gardens, ping pong and pool table And not to worry - there is WiFi throughout the building.
Also, for the fitness enthusiast, an impeccably clean, modern gym is also just one floor upstairs through an elevator or the staircase located directly next to this apartment. For us, the gym has truly been an amazing amenity as it rivals any Equinox in cleanliness and quality. Its 270 degree views of Manhattan and Brooklyn and easy access makes it even more enjoyable to use!
We have lived here for 3 years, and we have never heard any noise from neighbors. This is because it is a penthouse floor (no one above) and only 2 partial walls (on both bathrooms) are shared with a neighbor to the west and one to the north. Never heard a peep. Even the outdoor space is quiet.
24/7 doorman and concierge is A+, professional and courteous. Concierge is available to take packages 24/7 as well. We have also needed them to check on things when away, and they were always willing to pop in — always trusted them. This said, I couldn't be happier with the staff in the building. Been living in NYC for 23 years and this is by far the best apartment/staff we have ever experienced. Extremely sad to leave it, but family needs us in the Boston area so we have to relocate.

There is a $20 application fee, which will be paid with a credit card when submitting the online application.
Once the application has been approved, you will need to provide certified checks for the 1st month rent and the security deposit. After these have been received the building will provide an Assignment Of Lease for signing, which will transfer the remainder of our lease to you.
