Additional fee

The lease re-assignment rules for the Garnett takes about 3 days for approval and are as follows:

- Completion of the lease application (attached)
- $20 application fee
- Copy of State issued ID
- Proof of income (either in two most recent paystubs, or tax form from 2020)
- Record of last six months’ rent payment.
- Landlord Reference letter
