Located on a quiet block on Riverside Drive, directly across the street from the south entrance of Riverbank State Park, with easy access to several walkways/bike paths along the river. Also close to City College, St. Nicholas Park and more!

Building is a short stroll from the 138th 1 train stop.

My landlord has told me they will require an application. This is what was required for my application:
- $75 application fee
- Application
- Color Gov ID
- Color SSN card
- Copies of 3 most recent pay stubs
- Letter of employment
- Most recently issued W-2/1099/K-1
- 1st 2 pages of most recent Federal Income Tax Report
- 3 most recent bank statements
- Other sources of income if applicable

Other info

The landlord has told me that the tenant will have the option to renew the lease, starting October 1.
