I really wish I didn't have to leave. 25 Lafayette Ave is a great building with a lot of character, friendly neighbors, and a laundry room. Located directly across the street from BAM, this building used to be a residence for local artists. The location is super convenient as well. You are just a couple blocks away from Fort Greene Park as well as a ton of excellent local businesses, including bookstores, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and catty-corner to a Whole Foods. It is a block away from Atlantic Terminal, and the Fulton G train stop, as well as walking distance to the Dekalb Ave train station and Hoyt-Schemerhorn (That's basically every train line there is). The apartment itself is a cozy 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment renovated just before I moved in last summer. The bedroom is basically the same size as the living room/kitchen area with plenty of space for a queen size bed and other furniture. There is plenty of storage space with closets in both the living room and the bedroom.
