We love the place but are moving back to Europe for work and thus search for somebody to take over the remaining 6 months of the lease.

Additional fee

$20 applicant fee to the landlord. Once they approve you, you would be taking over our lease until Nov 22, 2021. The landlord agreed to offer a new lease after that.

Rent stabilized building, will reassign the remainder of the lease (ends Nov 22, 2021) to new tenant. The tenant will also have the option to renew with the landlord.
