Charming pre-war ground floor 1BR apartment with loads of space, storage, and access to the best parts of Manhattan. Eberhart is a wonderful management company that provides plenty of services to tenants and good value for their apartments, particularly this one. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in this unit but will not be spending much time in NYC this summer while I work remotely. Hoping to have a tenant take over the remainder of this lease, which ends on 7/31.

You will need to submit typical applicant information to Eberhart, which includes (but not limited to) pay stubs, W2s, driver's license bank statements, and proof of employment. Eberhart is easy to work with but they will want to know that you are qualified (no charges aside from the rent).

Things I'm (probably) leaving behind: A mini-fridge with a top freezer and 2 Window AC units (all in great condition).
