Hi. Please reach out about your exact timing/needs. Move in can be as soon as 5/15. This is a lease takeover (which ends 11/14). This is an open layout, northern facing apartment. The building's gym is currently open (with capacity and time slot restrictions), which is/has been a great perk. The roof deck (with grill) is also open. There is a big bike room with direct outdoor access. There is parking in the building, which may be available (for a fee) and that can be negotiated directly with the building. The staff are wonderful! Full building description is below. Very close to the train, and a 2 minute walk to the new Trader Joe's (currently slated to open sometime this Spring/Summer...it's already on GoogleMaps!) Stock photos of the building are provided (+ a "P line" layout). Please enquire for a video tour. The beginning date for the rental term is flexible. You will also have the option to renew for a 12 month lease at the end of the lease assignment (11/14); at that point, you can also discuss with the building any potential free rent or concessions, based on their current offering.
