We are looking for two people (or one) to take over the remaining the three months of our lease from April 1 to July 1 with the option to renew at the end. Come with a friend, or we can provide another tenant for you. Or, take the whole space and turn the second bedroom into an office/home gym!

The apartment features 2 large bedrooms that can easily fit queen beds plus furniture, and each have floor-to-ceiling windows and their own AC/heating units. There’s also a decently-sized bathroom, a full kitchen (no dishwasher), and a living room. Laundry is located in the building, and utility costs are included except for electric and wi-fi. This sublease/takeover would be **unfurnished.**

The building is a new construction in South Williamsburg, situated right between the Marcy and Hewes stops on the JMZ, and a short walk from the L/G at Lorimer and Metropolitan. Building also features a large, furnished backyard complete with sofas, a fire pit, and a small community garden, PLUS rooftop access. Tons of great local restaurants, bars and parks such as Domino and McCarren within walking distance.

Applicants must have a 650+ credit score, make 40X the rent and have stable employment history, and references. Guarantors accepted.
