Charming 3 bedroom in Williamsburg until the end or our lease (August 31st, 2021)

We are located on the corner of South 3rd and Roebling. We are flexible on move in dates but are ideally looking for the sublet to start May 1st and run for 4 months until our lease is up. Our management company has confirmed they will offer our subletters priority in renewing the lease if they would like.

The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with great closets and windows. We currently use the 3rd bedroom as an office.

The living room also gets great light and has a spare closet.

The kitchen is cozy but has everything you need and ample cabinets

This has been a great home from us for the past 7 years! We are located on the second floor which has an outdoor patio that is accessible through our living room sliding door. It's so lovely to be able to sit out there and although it's available to everyone in the building we have felt like it's our own private space since so few people ever use it.

My roommate and I are also willing to leave most of our furniture for an additional cost. The price for the sublet 4000 a month, which includes all utilities as well (wifi, energy, gas)
