We are moving back to Europe earlier than expected and we are looking for someone to transfer our lease from April 1st until Sep 30th with possibility to continue the lease afterwards.
Rent is $4208 net per month, including gas, hot water and residence amenities. Electricity billed individually for about $40 per month
