The apt is spacious, very quiet, with fully equipped kitchen, nice separate sitting and dining areas, large wardrobes, sunlight filled, and spectacular unobstructed views of the Statue of Liberty, Hudson river and the Freedom tower. You will enjoy incredible sunsets.

It is a corner apartment, hence possible to create nice air drafts to keep it cool without switching on the air-conditioning, or to just quickly change the air in the apartment. It is just steps away from the river where you can enjoy nice and relaxing walks and jogs and picnic in the nearby park.

The master room nicely fits a king-size bed. And the corner room as an incredible scenic window.

The building has 24-Hour Doorman & Concierge and is very safe, super clean and has been exceptionally well-managed during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis with safety protocols in place. Staff is always very kind and helpful. Any time you need assistance to fix an issue, they come right away. There is a very nice and clean large swimming pool with sauna, sun deck, a playroom for children, a super large gym with spectacular views, a yoga room, table tennis room, and a large and equipped area for parties, as well as a bike storage room.

There is a citybike station just outside the building. And the red, yellow, green and brown metro lines just a few minutes away - you can connect with all city areas very easily and quickly.

Incentives

We would leave the furniture for free. It is in excellent conditions. It includes: king size bed with storage drawers, two night tables, a single bed (can become twin) with storage drawers, a large sofa with ottoman with storage space, two armchairs and a paired ottoman, an expandable dining table with four chairs, and a sideboard. There is also kitchenware, dishware and kitchen appliance.
