Some words of praise from me... The apartment has been so comfortable and spacious for me, my partner, and our little doggy since we've lived here! We LOVE the desk staff and our super. The building has EVERYTHING we have needed to get through these difficult times indoors. There is a Dollar General directly across the street, several grocery stores within 5 blocks, 4 bodega's to choose from on the block, and like 10 bars on the same street. The M train is one block away. The J/M/Z is 3 blocks away, and the L is 5 blocks away.

Incentives

There are several pieces of free furniture! The apartment can come partially furnished - as we move out there are several pieces of furniture+decor that we're happy to leave behind. The Blue Couch (just reupholstered), all of the curtains and curtain rods, the entire bathroom setup (cabinets, mats, curtain), and the smaller office desk currently in the bedroom. Any other furniture/decor you can make me an offer!

Additional fee

During an application process, there is a $20 fee. I will reimburse you for any fees if you pass the income and background checks and carry through with the sublet signing and you become my next tenant!

Other info

All of the amenities are free, except for Parking. Parking will be an extra $250 per week, arranged and paid directly to the landlord.
