I will be taking a new job in a different city in March and unfortunately will have to leave this amazing apartment. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, which expires at the end of August.

I'm very flexible with moving dates, so happy to accommodate schedules. I'm also happy to do virtual or in-person tours, whatever people are comfortable with.

The landlord knows that I'm looking for someone to take over the lease and is very cooperative. They do, however, require good credit (700-ish credit score) and 40x rent in gross income.

Incentives

Current monthly rent is 3500. I'm willing to subsidize 1000 per month (negotiable). I'm also flexible on the details of working out payment.
