This is a lease assignment for a spacious private MASTER bedroom in a large two-bedroom apartment in Rego Park.

The master bedroom is very large, can fit a King sized bed (queen pictured), and has a closet in the room and a private hallway closet right outside the bedroom.

The apartment has TONS of natural light and recently re-painted common areas. Other features include a huge living room, kitchen with ample cabinet space, and dining area. The incoming tenant will share a bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room areas with the current tenant, my current roomie, a professional, quiet, super friendly, LGBTQ+ male in his 30s.

The outgoing roommate is also selling a couch, dining table and chairs, and bookcase (all pictured) at a low cost if interested.

This is an AMAZING location - the best grocery store in the area is downstairs; less than a 2 min walk down the block. Less than a 5 minute walk to M/R train 63rd Drive/Rego Park station. 10 minute walk to the Rego Park Center (Costco, Aldi, Petco, Marshalls, and more) and 15 min walk to the Queens Center Mall, Target, and Best Buy. A ton of great local restaurants, green spaces, grocery stores, and only two train stops from the historic Forest Hills. Only 25 minutes to Manhattan by train. Our neighbors are older folks who are wonderful. It's a quiet, family friendly area.

The earliest move-in date is March 1, 2021 but may be able to accommodate an earlier or later move. Interested? Please contact me for more details.

*the cat and cat tree belongs to the roommate who is leaving. This is a pet free rental but small pets (small dogs and cats) are welcome. Couples are also welcome. The preferred incoming roommate(s) are professionals or students who are respectful and clean.

Additional fee

The lease assignee will need to complete a lease assignment application with the apartment's management company that includes meeting minimum salary and credit requirements. Any fees associated with filing the assignment application will be paid by the current tenant.
