This is an amazing 468 sq ft studio in a luxury building in Long Island City. The location is superb: close to E,G,N,Q,R,7 trains. There is a supermarket in the same building.
The gym is super nice. My favorite feature is that it has Peloton Bikes. The doormen are super nice. The best part of all are the views of Manhattan skyline, the sunset and even the sunrise that gets reflected on the Manhattan buildings.
Excellent closet space and kitchen appliances.
I have been living here for 7 years and I really do not want to leave. I love ti and have it in very good condition.
