I, the tenant, am moving into another apartment in Philadelphia. I could leave any furniture you'd like, or completely empty the place out before move-in. This is completely up to you. Please let me know if you'd like to come see the place; I'm available all the time.
The landlord is also open to a lease assignment. Whatever you prefer. The price for a submitter would be $1,900 per month; price for lease assignment is $2,100.
