The alcove kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher and has an open window to the living room / dining room. There is plenty of room for two people to work comfortably from home.

BUILDING: The Lyric is on the corner of 94th and Broadway. The building is steps away from the 1/2/3 line as well as several bus lines. This is a doorman building with exceptional service (they even bring your packages up to your apartment!) with laundry on every floor. There is a full gym with plenty of equipment and two Peloton bikes. There is also a business center and play room. The rooftop is amazing, with great views of the city as well as the Hudson. There is a grill, outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of sunbathing, plenty of chairs, and tables. The rooftop also has a party space that tenants are able to rent out.
