The building:
Use of the panoramic 4th floor roof deck, gym, package room, dog run, backyard, rec room with pool table are all included. This low-rise new construction building has an elevator and virtual doorman system. The super lives onsite and the management is kind and helpful. Parking, additional storage, and bike storage are also available for rent in the basement. Very rare to find a new building that feels user friendly, but not soulless.
The neighborhood:
Prospect Heights is lovely and convenient any time of year with positive, inclusive neighborhood vibes galore. The Farmers market at Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Ample Hills Ice Cream are minutes away by foot. It’s one of those places people visit every weekend, but an opportunity to actually live here can be really hard to find!
Move in date would be 2/1/21 or before and the least expires 9/30/21, with an option to renew. Lease takeover preferred, but a sublet for the complete duration of the lease could be evaluated on a case by case basis.
