My roommate and I are relocating for work and are looking to sublease our apartment. Most of the furniture/art in the common area is available for free with the unit (sectional, console, TV, stools etc.). One of the bedrooms will have a full-size bed and frame available as well as a clothing rack with shelves. Both rooms will have window treatments already installed!

More about the building:
Located right above the Franklin Ave C train with citibike across the street. Supermarket is on the ground floor of the unit along with a Blink gym (free gym access for all tenants!). The building offers a massive rooftop and patio as well as a movie theater and common area/games room in the basement level. Virtual doorman and package room. Laundry is located on multiple floors and there is a parking garage for tenants (monthly fee) and free bike storage. PET FRIENDLY

The sublease will be done with building management. Looking for someone to take over the lease for March 1st or April 1st (flexible). Lease is to the end of Sept 2021.

1. Photo ID and 2 recent pay stubs.

2. If your applicant is recently employed an offer letter from his/her employer on company letterhead will be sufficient. The offer letter must state the start date, salary and full-time or part-time status.

3. If your applicant is self-employed then please advise he/she to upload their most recent filed taxes and all schedules along with 2 months of bank statements.

4. If your applicant is unemployed or has a Fico Score of below 650 he/she must have a U.S. guarantor. The guarantor will need to complete the guarantor section of the online application and upload his/her photo ID and paystubs. The guarantor will also sign a guarantor agreement if the application is approved which will guarantee payment on the entire lease as long as the subletor remains in the apartment.
