The bedroom fits a king bed, with bedside tables comfortably, as well as a fully office desk. The living room is open with a an open kitchen and open bar, fits a large couch and sectional, an additional large chair, credenza, dining table and adequate additional space. The apartment has updated hardwood floors, and blackout shades across all windows which look out to 15th street. There is great light exposure during the day as the entire back side of the apartment is lined with windows. There are built out shelving across the back wall for books, photos, and other storage.
