Looking to sublet my room starting as soon as possible and ending on 06/30/2021. Rent is $1,300 and includes all utilities except internet. Internet on its own is $16.67 each month. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, and an even larger living room. The bedroom has it's own A/C unit and radiator for heat with a thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. The room is large enough to fit a Queen sized by and a corner desk with plenty of empty space to avoid feeling claustrophobic. There's also a ton of closet space that easily fits an overcoat, 5 suits, plenty of button-up shirts and pants, 3 vests, and an extra jacket along with shelf space.

The apartment is located on the main street in Roosevelt Island. You can quickly access both Queens and Manhattan by using the F train that's about a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Manhattan can also be accessed by the tram that's about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment.

The security deposit would be $1,400. The total rent and utilities are split with 2 other male roommates in their mid 20s who work as consultants.
