Inside the apartment: Updated fixtures in the bathroom. The apartment is move-in ready. The building management is communicative in terms of service and maintenance issues. We used the street-facing room as a bedroom and the back bedroom as a living room (that opens up directly into the backyard), but you can arrange however you'd like!
Backyard: You will have private access to the spacious & sunny backyard that is shared with 2 friendly neighbors in 1L. The backyard is a fun DIY space where you can add/update whatever you'd like. This private oasis is perfect for barbecues and small gatherings and is a wonderful reprieve for quiet outdoor space.

We have now vacated the apartment but maintain access, so you have the option to 1) take over the remainder of our lease through 4/30/2021 or 2) start a new lease for the apartment (rent price negotiable) from 12/1. The application fee is $20 and we can put you in touch directly with our landlord and management.

Additional fee

The application fee is $20 will the management company directly. Should you choose to take over the remainder of our lease (4/30/2021), you can opt to sign a new lease on 3/31/2021 with the rental company. This is very flexible.

The landlord would consider a 12-month lease from the move-in date, however, the rent would be negotiated with the management company directly. There would be a credit check and guarantors are permitted.
