The apartment is very close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park. It is a full, sunny floor of a townhouse with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Both the kitchen and bathroom were gut renovated in 2017 and are both well-sized and with plenty of storage. The kitchen has a full-sized range and the bathroom a full-sized tub. There are lots built-in shelves as well as additional hallway storage.
Currently there is a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a smaller bedroom attached to the large with a crib/toddler bed, as well as a nursery/office also attached to the large main bedroom. We are pet and kid friendly. Stroller parking is available on the first floor and there is plenty of storage available in the apartment. There is also shoe, coat, and accessory racks in the hallway as well as additional storage spaces.

The apartment is rented unfurnished, but much of the furniture is available for sale (and some for free) from our previous long-term tenants.
