The room can comfortably fit a queen bed with ample room to move. No closet, but it fits a wide dresser and clothing rack with no issue, or choose your own clothing organization system however it works for you.

Lots of natural light in apartment, eat-in kitchen, and a colorful, great sized living room.

Utilities run no more than $100/month. Heat and hot water included in rent.

Rooms are on opposite ends of apartment. Roommate is an easygoing clothing designer in his mid-30s. LGBT- and 420-friendly. :)

Great neighborhood - this apartment is nearby everything! Five-minute walk to 2/5 train at Church Avenue. Around corner from B44 bus line. Multiple grocery stores, markets, laundromats, pharmacies, restaurants, all within a 2-block radius in all directions. Neighbors are wonderful, and our block was voted one of the "Greenest blocks in Brooklyn" in 2019. 25-minute walk to Prospect Park, 15 minutes from downtown, and 30 minute train ride into the city.
