New elevator building next to the Barclays Center (we're the only people to have ever lived in this unit) and has a master bedroom big enough for a King-sized bed and a smaller second bedroom that makes for a great nursery, 2nd bedroom, or home office. Washer/dryer/dishwasher in the unit. It's extremely quiet and has great Southwest views of Brooklyn/Staten Island/NJ.
Our building is managed well and has a doorman 8am-8pm. There is also an extremely large and open (and almost always empty) rooftop with abundant seating and grills. Pets allowed upon building management approval. Willing to sell some furniture if interested.
