It's a corner apartment and has windows on three sides. Laundry in the building, and a garage with a waiting list, though street parking is fairly reasonable. Friendly neighbors, this is a great family apartment and we have been happy here for four years. Sadly, no dogs. No fee, just a small application fee and security deposit. Must meet leasing qualifications -- income 50X monthly rent and excellent credit. Lease date could be Jan 1 or Jan 15.
