Big big bedroom furnished with a queen bed with a Casper mattress. Huge closets in the room and apartment, with big dressers that I can leave in the bedroom as well or move elsewhere. Room includes a mounted 50i TV. Huge window provides great lighting, as do other windows in the rest of the apartment. This is a three bedroom with only two tenants living in the apartment, and the third bedroom housing an extra queen bed, TV and other belongings. Currently being used as a guest room if friends who want to stay over and for storage. The entire apartment is potentially available for lease takeover for $3,500/mo. but I'm starting by seeing if there is interest in my room first.

There are currently only two tenants living in this big three bedroom, with the third tenant living elsewhere but continuing to pay rent. He is planning to do so through the lease, as his job allows him to work from wherever now and he would like to stay in a warm-weather climate, where he is from. The entire apartment is potentially available for lease takeover for $3,500/mo., but I'm starting this process by seeing if there is interest in my room first, as the other person currently living here is not particularly inclined to move, barring an easy changeover process.
