We are helping our landlord find a new tenant for our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Central Park Slope at the corner of Garfield and 6th Ave.

The apartment features a separate kitchen, living room, and dining room, which could also be used as a large home office. Both bedrooms are big enough to fit a king or queen size bed and both feature 2 windows and large closets. There is also ample storage space/closets throughout the rest of the apartment.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size appliances and plenty of storage space.

The apartment gets really nice light throughout the day, and has lots of charming pre-war details, such as hardwood parquet floors, crown molding, and french doors leading to the dining room.

Move in would be Dec 1st.

We are William and Sarah. We're the current tenants and will be showing the space. We'll be moving out of the city, so are giving up our lovely apartment of 3 and a half years. It's been a great space for us and hope it can go to someone great!
