My wife, Julia and I are looking to assign or sub-let our beautiful, super-spacious, south-facing, one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, at the corner of Bond and Schermerhorn Streets. Available from mid January through to the end of March, with the option to extend. It gets great natural light all day, has a spacious balcony, HVAC system, and floor to ceiling windows. Pet friendly, with 24-hour concierge, bike room, and laundry in building.

Located in prime Brooklyn, with the best of Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene and Downtown Brooklyn all on your doorstep. Devocion Coffee is just downstairs for a reliable caffeine fix. Chelsea Piers is in the building for any gym junkies. Wholefoods, Trader Joe's and Target are a short walk away. And 10 subways lines are all within just a 5 minute walk radius. Or if you're a cyclist, it's 20 mins to Soho by bike (and there's Citi Bike right out front). It's a great spot!

We've been here 3 years and only moving because we're moving to a 2 bed, otherwise wouldn't give it up! We're flexible on dates so contact if interested.
