We are looking for people to take over our lease of a 3 bedroom apartment.

My partner and I are moving out of our apartment on the border of Bushwick & BedStuy on Broadway. (We love the place but are moving home to Baltimore for work). It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, second floor walk up, hardwood floors, recently renovated. The three rooms vary slightly in size.

Each fit a queen bed, each have a big window and personal AC/heating unit. Utilities fluctuate with the use of these units but are around $100 a month. Water is included in rent. The walls are back to back but have very good insulation/ sound proofing. 2/3 rooms have small closets; we have some clothing racks in the living space- plenty of room for storage.

The apartment is 3 blocks from the Myrtle Broadway subway stop (JMZ lines, 20 minutes to soho, 15-20 to Williamsburg and honestly amazing location wise). Next door is an amazing coffee shop and the corner bodega is awesome. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, residential but with a lot of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Calm quiet building of other chill 20 somethings (the building is 7 units total I think). The only slight noise is the over ground subway, but that’s pretty good for NYC!

There is a washer & dryer is in the basement!

Video doorbell entry & keyless (code) entry to the apartment & basement.

Documented pets allowed with medical reference.
