Hello!

We’re looking for 3 people (couples also welcome) to take over the lease in this amazing 3-bdrm apartment. Lease would start either Nov 1st or Dec 1st for a year. (Feel free to contact me if you just want one or a few of the rooms; we can find other roommates!)

We're moving because of job circumstances, but absolutely LOVE this apartment. We’re looking for people to sign who are responsible, easy-going & mature.

LOCATION:

- 3rd-floor walkup right off Franklin Ave
- 1min walk to TONS of restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores — seriously can’t beat this location
- 10min walk to Prospect Park
- 5min walk to Franklin subway (2, 3, 4, 5, A, C) and S shuttle
- multiple laundromats within 1-2 block radius of apartment building

APT:

- lots of natural light (tall windows in all rooms, including living room/kitchen)
- lots of kitchen cabinet & counter space
- large bathroom
- tons of greenery/trees outside windows
- mailboxes in building

Every bedroom can fit a full or queen size bed with lots of extra room, and they all have good-sized closets, tall windows, and exposed brick as well. Bedrooms 1 and 3 are larger ($1,200), and Bedroom 2 is a bit smaller than the others ($1,100). Bed 3 is perfect for a couple or one person, with a private entrance and located at the far end of the unit off the living room, so it is very separate from the other two rooms with lots of privacy. With a one-time payment you can also get the apartment furnished (all except Bedroom 1) -- with furniture like bed frames, large dressers, a desk & office chair, a comfy indigo couch, lamps, rugs, bed side tables, and kitchen goods if you'd like.

**Cats are allowed, no dogs.
**Tenant pays all utilities.

Additional fee

You will sign onto a lease, and in order to be confirmed by the landlord you will need:
1) W2 for last two years.
2) Letter from job
3) copy of last three paystubs
4) Full credit report
5) previous landlord information & phone number.
6) copy of ID or passport.
7) Last two months bank statement.

Guarantors welcome.

Other info

The lease term is flexible since it's a lease takeover, but will be around a year long!
