In the same building as a Trader Joe's and Target which is super nice. Apartment is good because it gets lots of light. Because the terrace is on a roof, it's separated from the street and there's very little street noise, and lots of privacy. I'm moving for work, and offering a month free as incentive (on a seven month or 12 month lease -- the lease has a built-in option).
